Hi, all, and happy Friday! Well, we made it through another week! It really does feel like dog years, doesn’t it? Seven days in the MAGA era seems to equal a decade in “normal” times. But we’re doing it—that’s the important thing. We’re enduring. And as Frederick Douglass said: “The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”
Maybe we could also write our republican Congressmen/women if applicable: ""We believe we should raise the debt limit to pay for residual of Trump's deficits." This debt ceiling fight is about paying for already incurred debts - 1/4 of which were incurred under Trump.
This seems like such an easy and bi-partisan sell. What am I missing?
