All three points about transportation were spot on: 1. the current equipment and system is OLD and desperately needs updating; 2. highways are overcrowded. 3. there are areas that don’t have adequate public transportation. Hoboken and Jersey City have a beautiful light rail system. We need to grow that.
Also, TAX THE RICH! We need the funds to help with healthcare and feeding the elderly, veterans, disabled, and children. Let’s look at Gov. Walz’s school lunch program. Let’s see what has worked in other states and bring it here, but first we need the funding. Tax the rich!
