I'm helping out with fuel reduction projects in my area (avail for grant review for a local project, hand cutting fuels at the local Buddhist temple, and mowing fuel breaks for a disabled friend. I've also been networking evacuation plans (people and pets) and make my yard/driveway available for short or long term evacuation storage should fire season go nutty.
It's amazing how we can contribute to things that matter, near and far! Hang in there!
