Here is an article on the creation of a carbon-14-diamond battery that is slated to go into production next year. This energy source has 5,700 YEARS of life. This means small energy consumer devices, like phones, ear buds, smoke alarms, computers, and thousands of more devices will NEVER need to be charged AGAIN! Good job U.K. government and the University of Bristol for funding this breakthrough.
It was so heartening to see what Wuhan has done with the new sponge that can take up plastic in the ocean. If we don't continue to find things to care for the planet, then nothing else may count.

Here's a wonderful idea from a woman in Robert Hubbell's forum. She's doing what she does best to raise money for a rural Democratic organization: baking cookies and selling them. I make stuffed animals so I'm going to sell my creations and donate the profits to a progressive organization too (haven't decided which one yet). I will bet everyone on this forum has something they can do to raise money for democracy.
