I started writing 15 postcards yesterday and will mail tomorrow. This is a really short campaign so I hope we can get enough postcards written to make a difference!

Dear Jess, Thanks for all you do to promote democracy, encouraging all of us to become activists through small simple actions. I also appreciate your support of President Biden and am a believer that Biden will (ultimately) be remembered as the best president of my lifetime. My goal in the upcoming campaign is to work on the youth vote, and I am fortunate to have contact with many young voters. Last night at Thanksgiving, my niece asked me for talking points she can use to defend Biden when friends accuse him of being corrupt, having cognitive decline and/or not being effective. I (think) I remember a snappy encapsulation of Biden's achievements that you shared somewhat recently, and would love to forward that along to my niece and others I connect with on the election journey. If I am mistaken, you can ignore this comment. If you do have something to share that immediately comes to mind, I would love to see it! Thanks in advance for your thoughts and for ALL you do to help me keep faith in our democracy
I'm also wondering if there is any out of state help for the Florida amendment to put reproductive choice on the ballot. The initiative is being led by Floridians Protecting Democracy, Inc. We need 900,000 verified petitions by 12/31 to put the question on the 2024 ballot. Let the voters decide, not the legislature. I sent many postcards to Ohio for each campaign and hope that others are helping Florida.
I wrote to request postcards and put "Send me 5 addresses for the Johnny Farias in FL campaign." but I got addresses for VBM, which I'm happy to do, but I wanted to help in the campaign of more urgency.
It is also possible to change the number of addresses requested if readers have the time and materials for more than 5 cards.

I did get the right campaign. Yes, it is sometimes confusing, but I think we've been very effective!
