Jess, Thank you for being such a dynamic, sharp, and fun motivator. I just watched my first tiktok (yours) and loved it! Such a good morning. You know what to say, how to say it, and why -- and you back it up with such an authentic example. Thank you!!!
I also wanted to mention something that a Mississippi native currently living in Memphis posted elsewhere. His relatives are still in Mississippi and he said that a few precincts, including at least one in a majority black county, were mysteriously running out of ballots and leaving people (in the hundreds) standing on line for hours while they had to go and get more ballots. Thereβs some confusion as to whether all of these people waiting to vote even got to vote. Something stinks here and I think the DOJ should investigate.
Thanks so much Jess for all your encouragement to push us as in me when I thought I had nothing left. My husband sat with me and wrote postcards for the first time. This morning he said "I feel like I had a part in last night." He's ready to do it again!

LOVE the vids!!! I shared with FB and X as perfect celebrations! PLEASE give yourself whatever rest you need...looking forward to being with you for the next year!! πβ€οΈπ
I love your TikTok messages, and your smiling face and vibrant enthusiasm bring me more joy than I can put into words. You are a force of nature, Jessica.
There is an awesome video that Patti Smith made at the Public Theater in New York several years ago. Itβs an audience participation video of her song, βThe People Have the Power.β I posted this in a couple of other places because it brings a lot of joy to people, and then someone suggested that President Biden should try to get permission to use this as his campaign theme song. I think that would be a great idea. Anyway, congratulations everybody.
I also get very emotional when I watch this video, especially under the circumstances we are living through now. I wish the Biden campaign would contact Patti Smith and see if they could use the song. Itβs her own composition so they would have to get permission; but sheβs a really kind person so she might go for it. She has a Substack that I follow, and over the past year Iβve gotten to see a very human and vulnerable side of her.

Yeah it stinks, it really does. I also hope the DOJ will investigate.
