Thank you, Jessica. I left a message with ABC and requested responsible fact checking during tomorrow's debate. I politely reminded the corporate media execs of their civic responsibilities; I also implored them to "do good" for democracy and truth. Thank you for inspiring us to act. It always feels good, relieving.

Jess: thanks for the shoutout to join BigTentUSA tomorrow at noon! I’m copying you on something I wrote today to the other Jess in my life as it seems universally applicable during this race.

The View from Rural Missouri by Jess Piper

Jess Piper liked your comment on Send it Back to the States.

Jess, if for some unintelligible reason the Missouri Rs prevail, this isn’t over and the wizard is no longer hidden by the curtain! Truth will win out and the people will be victorious! There’s an old Chinese proverb that states, “If you sit by the river long enough you will see all of your enemies float by face down.” This is but a skirmish in a lengthy war to restore individual rights of all kinds taken away by MAGA and the radical right. #KeepGoing 💪🏻 🗳️ 🇺🇸 ❤️

Thank You Jessica! Again! I can imagine the day after we make a landslide victory for Harris-Walz the NYT headline will be “Landslide. But does it really matter?”

ALL OF THIS! And it's not just our gut - we're seeing the evidence! On Saturday, I had the best 6 hours of textbanking (see links👇 if you want to TB too!) for Whitney Fox and Lucia Baez Geller who are running to flip US House seats (FL-13 and FL-27) which are held by MAGA Anna Paulina Luna and Maria Elvira Salazar. I only sent 6K texts bc I had SO many enthusiastic replies. I literally spent 5 of the 6 hours just responding to people. I've done alot of TBing over the years and I've never had an experience quite like that and it's R+5 district. So let's keep doing work of talking to voters - a NYT poll showed 1 in 3 voters want to learn more about Harris (and they were a majority of young, Latino and Black voters).

✋If you want to textbank, here are some options:

👉DCCC - sign up here: https://www.mobilize.us/dccc/event/617917/

👉Go to www.mobilize.us and select "textbanks" in the filters.

👉Sign up to do a 1 hr training session with Movement Labs and then drop into their Slack channel anytime to text: https://www.movementlabs.com/volunteer

👉Sign up to train on Field Team 6's BYOP texting (sounds hard but it's not) and do it anytime: https://www.mobilize.us/mobilize/event/433467/

📍Many orgs do textbanks so if you sign up to do a training, they will then have you join their Slack channel (to answer questions) and often you can check in any day of the week and if they have a textbank up (or need help with replies), you can do it.

📍Textbanking is very effective - I often speak to more people on text than phonebanking. BUT textbanking is expensive to host so there aren't as many TBs as PBs so good to sign up early and get trained.

📍Technology: You only need a computer or tablet. It's not hard, but be patient in the training if it takes a bit to figure out the texting platform and Slack (Slack is a platform campaigns use to communicate with volunteers - it's overwhelming at first but then a great tool!).

Ha !Guessing she’s referring to NYT “political analyst” Nate Cohn who says VP Kamala’s “support has stalled”.😡

If you want inspiration from your “namesake”😉, check out this Nate. 23 years-old, the next Maxwell Frost. He’s going to flip this seat !
