That's a good reminder. In the midst of the J6 hearings I sent Adam Schiff a thank you note. I'm not a constituent, just grateful for all he did. I need to do that again, to other Dem lawmakers.

And one of the ways we can all do this - even if we don’t have a newsletter or platform - is by reminding our friends and family that what we are going through in not unprecedented and we will prevail if we show up and do our part. Indeed, we wouldn’t be here if ancestors had not risen up and defeated challenges that seemed insurmontable to them. We can do this! ❤️💙

It covers events from the past that are very much what we’re experiencing now. Did you know that in the 1960s southern governors used lies and false promises to send busloads of unwanted people to dump them on liberals in Massachusetts? DeSantis and Abbott are half a century out of date!
