Hi, all, and happy Friday! Yesterday’s fundraiser for Jessica Cisneros was a resounding success—at last tally we’d raised 13K—our original goal was 5K! Thank you so, so much to all who gave! 💙 The Zoom event was wonderful. Cisneros spoke, and was every bit as smart, inspiring and determined as I remembered her to be.

Love this and want to add in response to the extra extra credit social media post it is important to know that Plan B has an effective weight limit of 155 lbs and Ella’s is 195. So even while available they are not effective for large numbers of people. Abortion access (healthcare) also really needs the weight stigma/antifat lens to be equitable.
