As you may be aware I have been frightened about the negative impact that the Supreme Court has had on America for years. But last year and this year the extremists on the court — who happen to be all the men, have become so blatantly biased, arrogant, and corrupt, that they have dropped any pretext of being objective justices. We have seen how so many other federal and state judges have been following their lead, Judge Aileen Cannon is the most obvious example.

Exactly - you cannot build a house that will last on a rotted foundation. And rotted the RW SCOTUS IS. But as you say, it’s good that the corruption of the extremist wing of the Supreme Court is being exposed for what it is. One way or another we are going to clean up that shht show. Onward!
I just listened to a great conversation Ali Velshi had with Elie Mystal and Jennifer Rubin on MSNBC…Rubin is calling for Dick Durbin to go way beyond politely asking Alito to recuse from cases involving Trump and start an investigation into a possible impeachment of Alito. Will you add that to your advice re calling our Senators? Dick Durbin is my senator and I’ve had great respect for him over the years, generally…lately he seems to just not be up to snuff.
Yes I've been telling people that. Contrarily, if Biden is elected he may well get to appoint two new justices, which would give us a liberal majority!

Durbin is hopelessly in over his head as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
If the Democrats manage to keep the Senate, he must be replaced with someone aggressive about protecting democracy.
I agree. I wish Schiff could do it after he becomes a Senator, but I don't think that's how it works.
