Hi, all, and happy Tuesday! I awoke to the excellent news that an Op-Ed of mine—actually, a Resistbot letter that got submitted as an Op-Ed—was published in the Los Angeles Times this morning! With the delightful title, “Chief Justice, Stop the Rot!”
Rupert should have his citizenship revoked, followed by his deportation. According to Harold Meyerson of American Prospect he “wrangled citizenship” in the 1980s when he wanted to purchase a tv station but a law required citizenship in order to own more than a 20 percent share. We are living the proof of the value of that law. Can we start a movement to deport the murdocks?
4/18/23 I am sick with a virulent urinary tract infection (common with older woman and also can be very serious) so did not read yesterday's newsletter.
Was at the primary care's office reading the NYT and there, on the front cover is the most unforgivable situation about CHILDREN working for US corporations and what does the Biden administration do? Ignore the situation and fire the whistleblower.
I hate this country.
As a person who has been sponsoring Latin American youth (in their own countries) and a Spanish and Latin American culture college major, I find these actions UNFORGIVABLE.
So this country kills its own children with firearms and defies long-term child labor laws to exploit desperate Latin American children?
It's all about money here, no humanity just money. Maybe all of this is what made me truly physically sick, I don't know.
What a shameful country the USA is. SHAMEFUL. In my next life I will make sure to arrive in Canada. If I weren't so old and didn't commit to my 5 cats, I'd be outta' here.
I'm not working on Biden's campaign again. Shame on him. Shame on Susan Rice, she should be fired for dereliction of duty.

He interviews Media Matters CEO Angel Carusone and talks about the massive turnout from Direct TV consumers last year that blocked Fox from raising its prices. So reaching out to your cable companies en masse can make a huge difference!
Yes, In my district I know my House member (D) is running to oust the Republican. I believe if he wins then they will have a special election for his House seat. VA new map meant a lot of new reps in the House and senate. The Gov. Is spending a lot of money to court republucan candidates.
