Today I spoke to a person in my rep's office, and asked when I could expect him to make a statement condemning Trump ignoring the Supreme Court decision. Stunned silence. I asked again. He stammered he didn't know. I asked if he could see why I might be concerned about the President ignoring the supreme court, he admitted he did. This felt like a victory to me.

Ask him if he or his family has been threatened for speaking out. I’m expecting that’s huge explaining why there’s not a major reaction by both the democrats and the republicans

On April 14, Harvard University refused to accept Trump's long list of demands, so he has cut 2.2 billion of their federal funding, with more to follow.

You can thank the President of Harvard University for standing up:

President Alan M. Garber

I would ask that you ask many friends and family to call her office to confirm that - and/or give her backbone to know that constituents are behind her

One Substacker replied:

“I am flabbergasted to see the names on that list! And, frankly, quite sick. How can any of us maintain hope when those we thought actually had our best interests, as well as the interest of our country, at heart. I consider this an absolute betrayal of our country and our goal of saving this democracy.”

I hope we aren’t creating bad advertising for them because of thist list?

I want to thank you for your hard work and wealth of information on your Substack column. I'm encouraging everyone I know to follow you. I'm 71 but fired up like I was for Vnam but there's everything at stake this time around. Be well <3

Warnock’s response to a recent call confirms that he is against the SAVE Act. My friend in New Hampshire called, and Shaheen is against it, as well.

A lot of people must be calling the Harvard Univ phone number you gave. I've been trying for an hour, it's always busy. CWCW folks are on the job!

Made phone calls to all CA representatives -- hope it does some good. I know Rep. Carbajal is in agreement with our position -- he's attending and speaking at protests here. I told the young man who answered the phone (they do that!) I'm grateful for Carbajal but even he needs to step it up.
