Hi, all, and happy Wednesday! It’s happy indeed, for the results in three special elections that took place yesterday were all even better than I’d hoped for. Woohoo! Great night last night and a sign of WisDems excellent organizing and the volunteers doing the work to get out the vote. Excited to see us win again in Wisconsin and what a game-changer this will be on the state and national level!
OMG that FL Bag gotta go! I read "And Tango Makes Three" to my second graders years ago and they looooved it! Taking care of a baby orphan. Indeed, I will write! And, hopefully, be able to text tomorrow into AZ. Working on postcards for WI.
A love letter to you! First, I love being part of an activist community. Second I love all the good news you compile. Third I love that you do the heavy lifting - even writing the scripts for us. AND I love all the ways you help us get involved, especially Resistbot!
Thank you Jessica. I have come to rely on you :) (Hope you feel better!)
Hi Jessica, I love seeing your newsletter in my inbox. It's actionable! I also wanted to tell you about an organization I volunteer for called Common Power, www.commonpower.org. We organize trips for people who want a just and inclusive democracy to swing states; since 2018, I'm sure we've managed close to 100 trips. We're taking a group of people who want to canvass for Judge Janet - actually talk to voters face-to-face - in Wisconsin from March 30 - April 4. We work closely with the WisDems, who tell us where to go (usually Milwaukee), train us, and provide us with our canvassing lists and scripts. If any of your readers want to go, there's more information on our website - or they can get in touch with me by replying to this post. People pay their own way, but we encourage people to stay at the same hotel, share many meals, and we coordinate with the WisDems so they can deal with us as a group instead of a host of individuals. I've been on 7 canvassing trips to Wisconsin (my adopted state) and have found each trip to be incredibly rewarding. Thanks!

Does the Grassroots Dems group use Hubdialer?
Yes the Wisconsin Grassroots Dems event that Jess moderates uses HubDialer. Works like a charm.
Good. I'll sign up.
