ACTION for Monday: I'm repeating a comment from Richardson's substack:

Barbara Jo Krieger: We have one immediate play. The House rules package, which won’t be released until Monday, includes at least half of what McCarthy has promised to the Freedom Caucus to get the votes for Speaker. [Let's call] House bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus members his weekend. I will be dialing up Republicans from the list, urging them to vote against the package that not only is screwing the country, but also is screwing them, given, for example, the significant number of coveted committee assignments already pledged to the Freedom Caucus.
