LOVE THAT!! Well done Jess! This is why we volunteer to GOTV. Yesterday, I textbanked and had voters who still needed voting info. Had one young woman text me with multiple questions (polling/hours/lines/sample ballot) then she texted me to say thank you and she voted! I kept telling my community yesterday - even on Election Day (after weeks of EV), people have questions about voting - even with all the calls, texts, door knocks & advertising, people still have questions! This is why we have to do the work until the polls close.
I can relate, same thing happens to me. For you, probably being so active in all that you do and I suspect not getting enough sleep to recharge over many nights had taxed your immune system such that it couldn't fend off the virus effectively. Hope you are trying to sleep more and eat well! 💜💜💜
Can you please encourage your legions of followers (well deserved) to now focus on local School Committees? MAGA is hell bent on winning seats to push their racist agenda and they are laser focused.
