Signing up for VA postcards (within 24 hours no less) is pretty much impossible. You are kept in an infinite loop of signing up, so will continue with Wisconsin Supreme Court race and regretfully drop the impossibility of signing up for VA postcards. Onward and upward!
I think the issue is that you have to be manually added by the volunteers and so in the instructions it says to wait a few minutes before attempting to get addresses... in my case being 3 hrs later than Virginia, there isn't anyone monitoring their system after a certain time. So as you mentioned, it's an infinite loop until a person gets around to inputting your verified email address. Anyway, maybe the next campaign.

this happened to me in an earlier race. Eventually the addresses appeared but this is too tight a timeframe to count on it!
