LoL. I'm catching up on laundry right now too! Just stopped when I saw the notification that CWCW dropped into my inbox. As with every day for the past year and a half, I eagerly anticipate CWCW... for the past hear and a half so I could feel hopeful and less overwhelmed by the negativity in the press, get marching orders from you and take inspiration from the community you've created here. Today I just couldn't wait to hear from you so I could say "thank you!" for all you have done, for sharing your energy and optimism. I look forward to getting back into the fight with you ... after I finish the laundry. :-).
I liked many of the comments here as they spoke for me. I also want to say that I used CWCW to find many of the programs/sites I used to get involved. You forced me out of my comfort zone and I am glad you did. I know I have more in me and I am ready to continue but thank you for getting me started ! Your zeal, focus and your āleading by exampleā are truly inspirational! I worked the polls yesterday ( another āout of the comfort zone āstep) and what a day! Though I live in a solid blue area the voters DID NOT STOP all day. Our informal poll had us figuring 60% of our voters cam e out in our district š³! It gives me hope- havenāt felt that it a while- please get that massage and take a beat- we continue to need you but for today a heartfelt and most sincere thank YOU for you. ā¤ļø

As an elder who doesn't have your bandwidth, I so appreciate all you do to get voters out AND to keep us informed and inspired. I actually look forward to these next two years of organizing so we can be even stronger in 2024. And keep TikToking (or whatever the popular medium is then) to pull in thr younger generations of voters who worry about all angles of their future. They're right to be concerned!
