You've got to love the horrific irony of the GOP gutting the IRS while moaning about the deficit. Do you suppose they are stupid enough to believe that the billionaires and large corporations, who would have been the primary focus of the additional agents, don't do their level best to avoid, and sometimes evade, paying their fair share?
