This is for North Carolina folk or people who have time and energy for us, and for anyone else looking for a way to plug North Carolina is on fire with volunteer energy, much more than even two years ago. I have 10 pages on a Google Doc of ways to volunteer if you have one hour or many hours. Check it out: https://tinyurl.com/VotingRightsActions. As for me, I'm doing phone banks for five groups this week, writing 25 postcards, and working on one textbank. I'm spreading my efforts to support Beasley for U.S. Senate, Inman and Ervin for NC Supreme Court, Wiley Nickel for U.S. House (in the most competitive district in the country!), several NC state legislature candidates (Everitt, Batch, Cooper-Suggs, etc). And I'm having fun recruiting volunteers in a red county (Union County) with a growing and emboldened blue energy. Feels like a marathon, but I can make it!
