I admit I live in the boondocks of SoCal, but I never heard a peep about Swalwell’s transgressions, though it’s apparently been an open secret in the Beltway and elsewhere since as early as 2017. I always viewed him as Mister Squeaky Clean Dedicated Family Guy. Boy, do I feel tricked, and I’m not even in his district. Why the F was he allowed to run for Governor? Does the California Democratic Party not vet its top candidates? They either majorly dropped the ball, or it was a set-up from the beginning. And now our governor’s race is a total mess. Grrr. I am pissed. Californians deserve better.
Becerra accomplished nothing as head of HHS. Thurmond had real issues as Sup of Schools. I think our best option is Yee, but don't think she can get traction. That leaves Porter and Steyer as the next bests. I think the rap against Porter is very misogynistic, and that pisses me off. She gets stuff done and goes up against power and corruption. We need that in Sacramento.
