They want us to go nose to nose but look what happens when we discover our true reality by going wallet to wallet instead. We realize that we’re all suffering equally unless we’re part of the 1%. We need to be #PolarOppositePatriots demanding the restoration of an honorable democracy. Our patriotism MUST be stronger than the philosophical differences between us.
Realistically, probably not. But the idea is another TACTIC to keep the kids in people's faces. Specifically, having people take selfie videos (if you're comfortable!) or take a still shot of your letter and post this to socials. If many people did this and there was a "Write to Kids in Camps" sort of thing, THAT could trend. We are always (sadly) in a battle to keep people's attention on a topic and thus need to come up with ways to do it.
As a German having been taught our history over and over, I one hundred percent agree with your statements. I’m incredibly distraught seeing this playing out in plain sight. I cannot put in words how learning in school about the atrocities that were committed in Germany made me feel as a teenager. I never thought I would live to see this happening again.
Who do you think the leading spokespersons are against the abuses and lies, the cost to the American public of these things, theft of public resources and ways to respond? Seems fragmented and not coherent. Its like a firehouse of outragws but as a matter of politics, the responses should be repeated via a clear, well regarded national voice. There are a million substacks, etc but not dominant, frequent, authoritative voice. There should also be an ongoing list of the abuses.

Thanks for this discussion. The Fascist Republican Party has seized the government. They have taken the kidnapping and physical abuse of children out of the Epstein shadows into the broad daylight of ICE private prisons. And, the billionaires continue to make enormous profit inflicting misery on human beings, from infants to the elderly.

Concentration camps is what they are! Thank you! Remember how this worked out in 1939? It is going to work out the same, except far worse
