I looked them up and I will send both of them a post card thanking them for being profiles in courage. And I will sign my name as a Yankee Dem!

I love that this is considered a "short" list!!!! So much good news we do not hear about from mainstrean news (well personally I don't hear any news from mainstream news since I no longer watch any). What happened to Republican family values..looks like they were not out in great numbers saying no to the AI nudification stuff...I mean they just don't care at all about girls and women. Let's use that to get more women out to vote blue!!! And let's all get extra inspired by this "short" list to work even harder...many of these wins were because people who cared worked really hard and refused to just stand by and together we can continue the wins up until the big wins in November!
One more win in Missouri - after years of lobbying, the MO legislature finally passed a bill providing automatic expungement for a wide range of nonviolent infractions.
I'm glad to hear about the Delaney Hall, finally! The young mother and wife that you interviewed a few months ago, Gabriela Soto the wife of Martin Soto, miscarried her child in her third trimester. She was interviewed on Democracy Now last week and she was an absolute wreck. She reported that her husband Martin is still in solitary confinement at Elizabeth Detention Center. Her situation is nauseating at best.

The comment was something to the effect of “I don’t think it’s a good thing that all these progressives are winning. It hasn’t been a good thing for Seattle.”
I think we need to be careful and discerning going forward about the fact that the bots and trolls are multiplying here. I blocked more people in the last two days than I have probably in the last two months.
I appreciate all the very good news reported here. But I'm not sure all these "progressives" winning primaries against "moderate corporate dems" is necessarily a good thing. I don't know anything about the candidates noted here, but if Seattle is any example, so-called progressives can be ineffective and make things worse.
Yes, I absolutely agree! I get frustrated by this division of Democratic candidates and officials into the categories of progressive and “establishment” or “corporate”, because I don’t think it’s anywhere near that simple… and not all moderate candidates are moderate just because they’re bribed to be—some just actually have different views

Calvert County Maryland defeated its three pro data center commissioners in the Republican primary on June 23rd, and AWS just withdrew its application for a hyper scale data center from the county Planning & Zoning Department.
Here in my town of South Kingstown, RI the people wrote hundreds of emails and a huge crowd showed up for the town council meeting to voice their opposition to the Flock cameras in town. Despite the pitch by the smarmy, shiny suit wearing, slick haired, fork tongued (okay, I made that up), Flock salesman, the town council UNANIMOUSLY voted to discontinue the contract and take the cameras down. Power to the people!!!
