It was an especially tough week; it therefore brings me more pleasure than usual to bring you this week’s list of good news. There was, perhaps surprisingly, a lot of it. So take a few moments away from doom-scrolling and let yourself discover, enjoy and celebrate the victories.
After all, what we focus on tends to grow! Plus, why bother working so hard if we don’t stop and celebrate the progress?
