Hi, all, and happy Sunday!
Honestly, I had fun putting together todayβs listβthere was so much more good news that Iβd expected! I even had to stop adding items because I was about to exceed Substackβs length limit. Crazy.
Look, I know itβs been another horrible week, but I swear I feel hopeful. Americans are rising up. Voices are getting louder. Protests are getting bigger. Dems are getting stronger. Republicans are gettingβ¦well, theyβre getting an earful.
And progress, believe it or not, continues to be made across the country and world.
So take some time away from doomscrolling to enjoyβand share!βthis list of the stuff that went well this week. And if you see that I missed something please pop it in the comments. This is how we give each other hopeβand the strength to continue.
And continue we must. Because weβre going to win. I can feel it.
As usual, Iβve popped an πͺ next to every item that everyday activists like you helped make happen, and a πͺ£ next to every one that got done by lawmakers or administrations that we helped elect.
