E-DAY EVE!
Hi, all, and happy Monday!
It’s the final FINAL countdown, and I’m taking a break from knocking the 65 doors I’ve had assigned to me today to pop in and say hi! (I’m at door 37—whew!). I also wanted to offer you just a few more ways to help, since there can never be too many options, right?
But first, do be sure to watch the above “Closing Argument” ad if you haven’t yet seen it. It’s quite inspiring, and an excellent reminder of what we’re fighting for.
As for anxiety levels? Mine are low! Why? Because I’ve spent almost no time on social media or my news sites for the last three days. I’ve been too busy talking to voters and then hanging out with fellow volunteers, many of whom travelled here from out of state to do this work. It’s beyond inspiring.
And it’s not just here! Yesterday, the Harris-Waltz campaign mobilized 90,000 volunteers to knock on 3 million doors in the Swing states! I heard that in Pennsylvania alone there were 2,000 doors being knocked a minute. WOW!
Anyway. I guarantee you that every person who worked one of those shifts felt great afterwards. Or at least not as anxious as they had before.
I highly recommend staying busy as a remedy for any agitation you may feel in the next 36 hours. It works!

That’s the happiness of knowing that you’ve done what you could for your country. (Also, of course, that we were going to get to go back to our hotels and put our feet up).
