Just called Carrier at this number:

Carrier World Headquarters

13995 Pasteur Boulevard

Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33418

+1-561-365-2000

I spoke to an operator who did not sound happy to hear that I will be upgrading my own home to a Lennox AC unit, since Carrier is willing to desecrate the people's house in Washington DC.

I just wrote them a nice long note telling them they should be ashamed at their part in illegally desecrating the People's House.

I called Carrier at the number Jessica gave: 1-800-227-7437 and spoke with the operator who agreed to pass along my message. I was calm but firm. For those of you calling the switchboard, please remain peaceful and kind, remembering that the operators are probably making minimum wage--unlike the corporate bosses who have been chumming around with Trump. This isn't their fault.

Thank you all for calling!

I sent a strongly-worded message as well. Thank you to Jess for the suggestion.

Sent a strong message as well. Thanks, Jess!

All thanks go to the reader who sent in the action! It’s a great one!

Also found an online option. Ck out - https://www.corporate.carrier.com/contact-us/

Options include (1) an email for the Corporate (IR)Responsibility office: CorporateResponsibility@carrier.com

(2) Submit a complaint on their Ethics (Speak Up) page - gets more complicated but could be used: https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/media/en/gui/69582/report.html

Does anyone in America, including the J6 rioters, believe the reason "King Trump" deserved to be back in the White House was to build a gilded ballroom ala Versailles? Really. It makes you puke.

I think I need to buy stock in TUMS or Pepto Bismol. It’s non stop nausea. 🤢

Jess Craven's avatar

I actually got sick to my stomach after seeing the news and did, in fact, have to take Pepto Bismol.

I wish I could use this time to lose weight, but today at lunch I was so upset, I ate almost a whole bag of Nutter Butter cookies. Dang it! I'm not going to let that horrible man interfere with my fitness!

Kristi Spencer's avatar

I had to get a box of Girl Scout cookies out of the freezer today. Boy, I can eat SOOO many when I am this upset! 🤬

One sleeve of Thin Mints is actually “one serving” in my calculations.

I go walking in the evenings for exercise, and that takes me away from the madness. I don't know if you follow Parkrose Permaculture on YouTube, but I think it will help for you to view this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdkTwbJZUY8.

What Parkrose says here makes total sense. The thing (what I call Trump) WANTS us to give up and feel that everything is hopeless; that's why they've been "flooding the zone." In fact, many other people have confirmed this point. So taking care of our health during this perilous time is important. Hope this helps. 😊

Jess Craven's avatar

It is literally sickening.

But no one destroyed Versailles

Hi Jess, I've been thinking about the celebrities who do ads for these horrible corporations (T-Mobile, etc.) Is there someway to put public pressure on them and get them to denounce the horrible ways they're enabling or capitulating to the regime? It might be a way to cut through the media's myopia and get some attention to this.

Jess Craven's avatar

It’s worth considering!

In the war of 1812 British Soldiers burn the White House. Did that cause our country to crumble? No. We came back more badass than ever. We will rebuild and do it better and as the White House already has a ball room we can always change and rearrange anything. Also do you really think he will build anything? He will likely grift the money he is given for it and we just need to fix the hole in the wall. I have been watching castle's and such being rebuilt on You Tube. The artists that do this are amazing. We could end up with the best program on the internet and it won't be just the rebuilding of a building but of our Democracy. Making it better and Stronger. We've got this. We can work together and make this happen.

Hi All

This White House ballroom has been bothering me for months. I kept trying to find a way to express my vehement opposition and maybe now is a start. The picture upsets everyone, especially if you have been on a tour there. Here are two things: news article about ballroom and who donated that someone shared on another Substack comment section: Who's paying for the White House ballroom and what's in it for them - CBS News https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-white-house-ballroom-donor-names/

Secondly, Ben Meiselas (who is a lawyer but not practicing now) on Meidas Touch suggests someone filing lawsuit to stop destruction immediately for fraud (the president claimed he was paying for it himself) and also, no Congress or others involved in the decision (it IS The People’s House after all—one person cannot legally make such a unilateral decision). Ben suggests contacting state Attorney Generals (or other groups with standing) to file lawsuit. What do you all think of this? I’ve written to my Congress reps asking what they think we should do (at least to make them aware of my outrage). Carrier is only one of many corporations and individuals involved. (See article) As Robert Hubbell says, it is a metaphor for the vindictive destruction of everything American. We cannot let it happen!

OK, called my Senators and wrote to Carrier. Thanks for the guidance.

Another false assumption - I've always taken for granted that the only discretionary changes that could be made to the White House involved decorating the private residence. And how long will it take, after he's gone, to replace the Rose Garden? And remove all that "gold" in the Oval?

Sending love back to ya, Jess. I'm a proud subscriber, and really appreciate your hard work and all the info. It's empowering, and gives me hope.

Thanks for pointing out a campaign against T-Mobile, before I found action groups such as this T-Mobile was the second thing I cancelled in response to bad behavior this year back in February/March (the first being Amazon prime). I did it over the Starlink stuff but they seemed confused when I told them that at the time.

Jess Craven's avatar

Yeah I’ll be moving to CREDO.

Barbara Grinell's avatar

Jess Craven- you’re special. I will my senators and representatives.

Destroying the White House was intended to break and discourage anyone who opposes this idiot. It was it was intended to take away from the successful march of millions protesting against him. It distracts yet again from the Epstein files and it announces his fake dictatorship. IT SHOWS JUST HOW AFRAID THEY ARE!

Trump and his allies are corrupted.

I sent a message to Carrier as well. I hope they take all of our communications to heart.

I submitted their contact form and suggested they donate at the same level to the underserved in our neighborhoods.
