Everyone should look up the trajectory of Musk's wealth. No one in history has ever gotten so rich so fast in an relative or objective sense.
But Elon is going to save us all, well not all. The billionaires who he will take to Mars along with a "stable" (or harem) of young females to serve and service the men. The wealthy will ruin this planet and then, they think, move on to Mars to set up the Second Garden of Eden for white, wealthy men. I've always thought that Musk's Mars fantasies are just that -- fantasies. Mars is not going to save us. Not even the super-rich.

This was a grassroots Becerra win - talk to the young, old and all who contacted their thousands and thousands of friends, relatives, neighbors, strangers across the state. Recognize the excitement and passion he generated, in person, in individuals of all ages. He is a man of color - recognize the racism he confronted all his life despite his trajectory, accomplishments, and barriers, even at this stage of his career. Recognize the strictures he worked under, always during his public service, because he is Latino. He is now unleashed, with no aspirations for president. He represents our democracy, our population, the lived experience of Californians, someone who has had to fight his way every day. He earned this role, and people recognized that when they began to look at other candidates besides Swalwell. GO XB !! We will hold his feet to the fire, to be BOLD.
I saw a report today that nithya is ALREADY courting Pratt voters. Once again, the self-named progressive is moving away from the very people who got her nominated
Knicks….great metaphor! I agree with Jess about Newsome, a great disappointment as I watch him being so wishy washy. I have trans family members and don’t understand how he can just throw them under the bus. We need politicians who will stand up to power and be willing to do the hard work needed to push back on those wanting to take us back to the 1930s and earlier. Replace current Dem leadership with folks who are unafraid and strong, and the base will follow.
