Their invasion into my life, my privacy the copying of more than 300 documents of my writing, my conversations, taking pictures of me. They stole all of my personal identity and entered it into databases that are now focused on our entire population, they are building a surveillance system.
Oh my gosh Laurie. I find this terrifying. I’m so sorry - how invasive and scary this must’ve been for you. In high school, in 1984 ironically, I read the book 1984. And now, here is Big Brother. They are indeed building a mass surveillance system, no doubt using that maniac Peter Thiel’s Palantir. The billionaires, like this greasy, nutty, freaky Anti-Christ obsessed billionaire are the most terrifying of all. Stay safe my friend.

I have no doubt they will come after anyone and everyone. THE PENTAGON THREATENED THE POPE! A veiled threat of death, invoked by the story of the 13th century Avignon Papacy in which French political figures removed the Pope from Rome and dragged him to France. Pope Leo was supposed to travel here later this year and now he has wisely canceled his trip. We are living in a Fascist nightmare - I have been screaming about everything that has come true for YEARS and people STILL tell me I’m overreacting. I’m so tired. I really am. 😢😩
As an artist I am ahead of the curve of awareness of our population and have seen how a population resists change. My favorite reference is it took 200 years for scholars to accept that the world is not flat. Second thought for 200 years sailors told them that they didn’t fall off an edge , they saw the curve of the horizon, the world is round.
It’s taken over 200 years to devolve into our own demise resulting from the government we created with a system of patriarchy, With knowledge we have the ability to choose a new path and we already have the information 👍

Mindblowing. But not really surprising. Earlier this week, a respected friend put out the link to a website supposedly meant to provide updated into to activists. As I always do, I read the terms and privacy policy, which revealed that this source not only recorded in detail all visits and activity plus identity of users, but stated that it retained the rights to share or sell that information, Lots of legalese, but it boiled down to harvesting detailed info about people interested in the political topics (left-leaning) for purposes of their choosing. No safequards at all, This is the most blatent admission I have seen. I shared this info with the person who distributed the link.
I passed this info on to the person who shared this link. At the time he was overtired and stressed (as so many of us are), and likely just didn't take the time to check (as so many of us do). But I hope reading terms and privacy statements becomes a habit for more of us. I suggest no reading the whole thing to start: Just scan for key words that relate to what they save and how they use it, If it does not talk about protections, or if data is being saved and exchanged other than for performance purposes, those are red flags to just back out and dump it.
The oligarchs and Stephen Miller want to take over our county. I can’t imagine their endgame, nor what they think they
can accomplish. I use no AI and try to live a simple, relevant and positive life. I love the earth, people, and the many small pleasures of life, from grandchildren to magnificent art, music and nature.

Aside from the fact that we have a dementia-ridden psychopath as President and a White Christian Nationalist Secretary of Defense seemingly hellbent on leading us into some kind of modern Crusade or twisted Armageddon - both existential threats to humanity, it is this mass surveillance that frightens me the most. I can certainly recall reading the book 1984 in high school and obviously Big Brother is here, made more terrifying by the use of AI. We know that greasy, freaky Anti-Christ obsessed billionaire Peter Thiel has installed his creepy Palantir into our government for mass surveillance. Yesterday I read that the regime is now combing through federal employees’ medical records, including retirees (why them?) and tracking things like what prescriptions they get. This is the most scary thing I have ever read. They won’t stop with them. Are they trying to cull the herd?
In 2024 I signed up for DeleteMe and Icogni to have them scrape as much as my personal information as possible off the Internet so data brokers would have a harder time finding my information. But I wonder how effective these companies can be up against this regime. I’m not going to lie, this is truly scary.
I appreciate your constant hard work, your newsletter, interviews and keeping us informed. Lately I have felt very defeated and feel like we cannot go another three years like this. Every day it’s something. Now I read the regime is automatically registering young men, 18-25 into the Select Service, beginning this December. I’d like to know your secret for staying so positive. I worked the polls in the 2022 midterms, and now I am working the primaries in June here in Glendale, and I plan on working the midterms. But I admit, I wonder, is ICE going to stand there and intimidate us? Nevertheless, I will go, and do my part to see that my small area of my world is allowed a free and fair election. Because you know unhinged Trump is going to do everything he can to stop, or create unmitigated chaos in these elections. But I refuse to stand down.
