Hi, all,
Some of you are writing and telling me that your e-mail to the Cochise Country BOS bounced, and you’d like the correct email address. This is the correct address. What’s happening is that so many of you (and others) are writing that the BOS’s server is apparently freezing up. The great majority of you, though, are getting through with no problem. So, if you got a “bounced” notification you can either try again in a half an hour or just let it be. Already hundreds and quite possibly thousands of us have sent emails.
Also, if you are clicking on the click-to-send link and it’s not working that is not because it’s broken, as again lots of folks are using it successfully, but because you are either using a VPN, or an email program that has blocked such tools. Again, no worries. You can either skip the action or send the email manually to the board@cochise.az.gov address using the script I gave you in the last email.
Oh, and any or all of you could also call the Cochise BOS at: 520-432-9200. You can use the email template as a script.
